Max-3. The specialist for extreme conditions
Max-3 was developed as a result of the search for the ideal cladding system, one that would combine the advantages of both vinyl and metal cladding whilst eliminating their disadvantages.
High durability
Thanks to our innovative three-layer technology, Max-3 panels offer high resistance to mechanical damage – a feature previously available only in metal cladding – as well as high resistance to both low and high temperatures.
Ease of use
At the same time, unlike metal cladding, Max-3 is much easier to work with and install, and does not corrode during use, whilst also retaining its colour for longer. The façade requires no specialist maintenance or painting.
Modern design
The elegant and simple design of the flat panel guarantees an exceptionally attractive façade. The panel can be installed both horizontally and vertically and combined with Fronto Max and Infratop panels.

FRONTO FAQ
Can Fronto panels be used on the entire façade or only as a decorative element?
The Fronto system is versatile – it works both as a full façade cladding for an entire building and as a decorative accent on selected parts of the façade, such as window recesses or entrance areas.
Does installing Fronto panels require specialized tools?
Basic construction tools are sufficient for installation. The process is made easier with dedicated finishing profiles.
Does Fronto provide wall ventilation?
Yes, Fronto slat panels should be installed on a substructure that allows air circulation behind the panels, preventing moisture buildup.
Do Fronto façade panels require ventilation?
Yes, this is a key requirement. A ventilation gap must be maintained (min. 50 mm from ground level at the bottom and approx. 20 mm at the top of the wall) to ensure airflow and prevent thermal degradation of the material.
In what conditions can the panels be installed?
Installation should be carried out at temperatures between 0°C and 30°C. It is very important to “acclimate” the profiles before installation by leaving them for 24 hours at the installation site so their temperature matches the environment.
Should screws be tightened fully?
Never tighten screws completely – the screw head must not directly touch the panel surface. A small gap must be left to allow thermal expansion and contraction.
Can I fix panels directly through their surface?
No, this is prohibited. Panels must only be mounted using dedicated mounting holes.
Can the panel color change over time?
Yes, this is a natural process caused by UV radiation. Changes are slow and not very noticeable. The rate depends on geographic location and sun exposure.
What can cause uneven discoloration of panels?
Avoid direct and long-term contact with objects, plants, or structures that may block airflow or cause uneven shading on the façade.
How do I build the supporting structure?
The substructure (wooden battens or metal profiles) is fixed directly to the wall. It is important to level it precisely using spacers or wedges to ensure a perfectly even façade.
Do panels change dimensions with temperature?
Yes, this is a natural property of the material. Thermal expansion is 0.7 mm/m per 10°C temperature difference. Therefore, proper expansion gaps must be maintained according to technical guidelines.
Can Fronto panels be installed vertically?
Yes, slat panels can be installed both vertically and horizontally.
How do I calculate how many panels and finishing profiles I need?
Use the calculator available on the website: https://vilohome.com/pl/content/42-kalkulator-do-elewacji
How do I clean a façade made of slat panels?
Surfaces are easy to clean – usually a pressure washer with mild detergent or a stream of water with a soft brush is sufficient.
Can façade panels be installed directly on a wall?
No, a substructure (wood or metal) is required. It creates a ventilation gap essential for façade durability.
