Proper ventilation

Thanks to the design with ventilation holes, the soffit not only provides ventilation to the roof, but also protects it from moisture, fungi, and mould. In addition, the shape of the perforated holes provides protection against insects such as wasps, bumblebees, and hornets.

Technical details

Vinyl soffit panels come in two versions:

Panel with perforation SV(P) 07
Panel without perforation SV(P) 08

To ensure adequate ventilation, panels without perforations should be installed together with panels with perforations.
Soffit can also be used in shaded areas, such as ceilings of terraces, balconies, or carports. Then providing ventilation is not necessary and we can use unperforated panels alone.
